Treatment
- We provide this product in Silver and Gold, and the gold one has been heat-treated.
 - Silver Conventional NiTi, tough blade, great efficiency
 - Gold Heat-treated, increased cyclic fatigue resistance, enhanced flexibility
 
Operation Sequence
- Following access preparation, validate the patency of the root canal with a small hand file(#8 or #10).
 - Use an orifice opener to enlarge the coronal half of the root canal.
 - Measure working length with an apex locator and enlarge up to a #15 hand file.
 - Using Endostep #15 in a crown down manner (300-350 rpm).
 
Warning
- To prevent infection, sterilize the product with an autoclave and ensure that the sterilization is completed.
 - Choose the most appropriate type for each situation and follow the general approach.
 - Before use, make sure dental instruments are not deformed, scratched and cracked.
 - If the product's head is thin, long or large, it may crack or distort. Because it must avoid using unreasonable angles and excessive pressure.
 - Wear safety glasses to prevent eye injury. In addition, wear a dust mask to prevent it from inhaling dust.
 - Do not use this instrument for any purpose other than the applications listed above.
 - Only for dentists.
 - After use, properly dispose of medical waste.
 - If the product is damaged or contaminated, handle it.
 - After use, wash with a medical cleaner and brush, and then wash away foreign body fluids and body tissue adhesions.
 - When cleaning the handle plug with an ultrasonic cleaner, place it on the stand to avoid damaging the working parts.
 
Maintenance and Inspections
- Sterilize this product by autoclave under established method and term for each use.
 - Method of sterilization: Put this product in a sterilization pack or (or foil) and place it on a sterilization tray.
 - Do not use high pressure steam sterilizer which heats more than 135 degrees Celsius including drying process.
 - When reusing the instrument, wash away foreign substances completely and sterilize.
 - Regarding use of medical cleaning agent, follow the instruction manual by its manufacturer strictly.
 - Dispose the product if damaged or decreased in performance.
