Operation Sequence
- Preparation the middle of the root canal with AK #15, alternately flushing with NaOCl and EDTA.
- Preparation the root canal to the working length with AK #20, AK #25, alternately flushing with NaOCl and EDTA.
- Measuring the root canal tip size with .02 taper M files, from the beginning #30 #25 #35... until reach the maximum working length.
- Use a corresponding taper of .04 or .06 AK Files to complete the preparation.
- Flushing with lots of NaOCl s or #15 ultrasonic irrigation.
