Treatment

Operation Sequence

  • Use Gates Drills extend the crown , alternately flushing with NaOCl and EDTA.
  • Explore the canal using small-sized hand files, determine working length, verify patency and confirm a smooth, reproducible glide path.
  • Preparation the 2/3 root canal with AH #15, alternately flushing with NaOCl and EDTA.
  • Preparation the 1/3 root canal with AH #20, alternately flushing with NaOCl and EDTA.
  • Preparation the all length of root canal with DH #15, choose the smaller M Files go through the narrow tip root canal if any resistance, do not put pressure on it.
  • Keeping the root canal smoothly measured the working length and get preparation to M Files # 20.
  • Flushing with NaOCI.
  • End of the preparation while AH #15 reach the working length.
